HANDBOOK

Procedure

1) Complete the application form and return it with a non-refundable $50.00 application fee ($75.00 after May 1). This application must be filled out for each child.

2) Interview by administrator or Board member after receipt of the application and fee.

3) Child may be tested for grade placement.

4) Parents will be notified of acceptance or rejection. If a student is rejected the application fee, less $5.00 per student, will be refunded.

Admission Policies

The North Spencer Christian Academy accepts students of all denominations (or no denomination) who demonstrate academic readiness and whose parents demonstrate a cooperative attitude with respect to our educational objectives. No student will be denied admission because of race, national origin, color, creed or sex. Parents do not need to be members of Bible Baptist Church to send their children to NSCA.

Tuition and Fees

Registration:

$50 per student, $100 per family

(After May 1 late fee applies: $75 per student, $125 per family)

Book and Materials:

  • Nursery: $100 per year, part time and full time

  • PreK or higher: $150 per year per child

Tuition Schedule Grades K-8:

  • First Child: $2350

  • Second Child: $2100

  • Third Child: $1875

  • Fourth Child: $650

  • Additional Children: $350

**First year students get a $750 discount**

Tuition for Nursery and Pre-K:

  • Half-Day: (8:30-11:30) $50.00 per week/ $10.00 a day

  • Full-Day: (8:30-2:30) $100.00 per week/ $20.00 a day

Extended Day Program (all grades):

  • Mornings: (7:00-7:45) $25.00 per month

  • Afternoons: (2:45-5:00) $100.00 per month

please note that students are enrolled on a monthly basis only for extended day programs.
